Die flexiblen Arbeitszeiten, welche den atypischen Arbeitszeitmodellen angehören, werden dabei im Zusammenhang mit der Work-Life-Balance und als Kontrast zu dem traditionellen schwindenden Normalarbeitsverhältnis betrachtet. Diese Seminararbeit bezieht sich hauptsächlich auf die Veränderungen für die Arbeitnehmer und nur in geringem Mass auf die wirtschaftlichen Hintergründe. Somit geht es in meiner Fragestellung darum, welchen Beitrag die flexiblen Arbeitszeitmodelle für die Vereinbarkeit von Berufs- und Privatleben leisten.
